Tickets may be disputed by mail without waiving any right within 21 days. Write a brief explanation of why you feel the ticket was unjustly issued, send pictures as well if you have them. This appeal must be received within 21 days from the date of the violation. Include name, address, ticket number (not ticket), registration number and date of violation and supporting documentation.
