Health Care Access Specialist- bilingual preferred - The Health Care Access Specialist provides public health insurance application and enrollment services for state and federal systems including MassHealth and Medicare. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Proficiency with office equipment, MSO 365 and requisite software programs, ability to input/manage data, and maintain confidentiality required. Must be able to work independently and be a positive team member in our busy multicultural Health Care Access office. 40-hour/week position, Portuguese- and or Spanish-speaking helpful. Property and Building Maintenance- The county is looking for someone to handle maintenance tasks and management as necessary. Duties include basic facility upkeep, light repairs, general maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting across county buildings. Prior experience required, construction license preferred. Applicants should be dependable, able to work independently, and capable of occasional physical tasks. Temporary Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant -- greet clients, answer phones, and provide basic office assistance to the staff at the Dukes County Health Care Access office in Oak Bluffs. Bilingual preferred (English/Portuguese).
