The Dukes County Health and Human Services Department consists of two main programs - the Dukes County Health Care Access and Dukes County Public Benefits Access.

The department also distributes the Dukes County Emergency Assistance Funds to islanders in need, helping pay for prescription medications, other medical supplies, and providing other resources and supports that might be available to address their specific situation.
